Weekly - Ritual Sound Baths are a wonderful way to relax and destress from your daily routine, integrate energy work, as well as drop in to deep meditation. Every day your needs change, and through sound and rest, you can always find support. My sound offerings are an acoustic, multi-instrument exploration of the relationship between sound and human consciousness. My use of repetitive drumming and beats, meditative droning, palpable vibrations, patience, and the respect for and use of silence to create space, gently guides your brain into a space of deep relaxation - where you dance the boundary between wakefulness and dream time - that delicate place of stillness found in meditative states of awareness. ​​
