If you're new to Energy Medicine & Sound Healing, this offering provides a wonderful opportunity to explore your curiosities! The intention of this offering is to welcome you to the world of Energy and Sound in a way that feels right for YOU - with a spacious first-time session that includes time to connect, discuss your history and goals, and receive a full 1:1 Session. This offering allows you time to ask questions, experience different modalities, tune in, and get curious. I even welcome you to experience playing the musical instruments for yourself. The session also finishes with a 20-minute Sound Journey Experience to assist with energy integration and healing rest. Each of my offerings are tailored to work with different energy systems and subtle energy bodies. Some offerings include more on-body work (Sonic Meridian Flush, Energy Balancing) while others are focused in your energy fields (Biofield Tuning, Adrenal Rhythm Reset).
